Choose the piece you need
- Fitted sheet: for a mattress that needs the right width, length and pocket depth. Include the topper when measuring.
- Flat sheet: for the amount of tuck and overhang you prefer. Tell us the finished width and length you need.
- Duvet cover: send the width and length of your duvet insert, rather than the mattress size.
- Pillowcase: send the actual pillow insert dimensions and the quantity you need.

The certification statement here applies to the French linen fabric. If you prefer a bamboo-linen blend, specify that in your request so we can confirm the composition and available options.
How to request the right fit
- Measure: give the mattress width × length × depth, including any topper, in centimetres or inches. For covers and pillowcases, measure the insert instead.
- Choose: tell us the pieces, colour and quantity. You can browse French linen colours and bedding first.
- Send: include your delivery country, postcode and any deadline.
- Confirm: we will check feasibility, measurements, total price and timing before you place the order.
Send actual measurements rather than adding a general allowance yourself. For cut corners, curved mattresses, split beds or unusually large dimensions, include a sketch or photograph; we need to confirm the construction before accepting the order.
Price, delivery and ordering
How much will a custom size cost? The price depends on the item, measurements, fabric and quantity. Standard product prices can help you browse, but your custom size must be quoted and confirmed before ordering.
How long will it take? Allow approximately 3–4 weeks from ordering to arrival for made-to-order bedding, including making and international shipping. Custom details and delivery location can affect timing. Tell us about your deadline before paying so we can confirm whether it is achievable.
Can you deliver to Australia or New Zealand? We ship internationally from Vietnam. Include your country and postcode so we can confirm shipping details for your order.
