↩️ Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be sent back within these 30 days.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unused and in perfect condition
  • Original labels and packaging must be intact
  • No signs of washing or wear
  • All original tags attached

Once we receive your return, we will send a receipt confirmation to your email address.

💰 Refund Details:

Refunds will be based on the full selling price (excluding shipping and taxes). The money will be transferred to your original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for processing.

📋 How to Return Items

You can submit a return or exchange request through our customer portal. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Select the item(s) you want to return
  2. State the reason for your return and choose your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  3. Click "Submit Return" button
  4. Use the provided shipping label to send your items back

When returning a product, please use the shipping label provided through our return portal.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • We do not exchange discounted items, clearance items, fabrics, cut-to-length linens, or used bedding
  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs (unless the item is defective)
  • Goods damaged during transit will not be refunded
  • We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to compensate for any damage incurred during the return process

🔧 What If the Product Is Defective?

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect — for example:

  • Wrong size or wrong color
  • Missing seams or borders
  • Fabric flaws or tears
  • Incorrect item shipped

You will receive a full refund, including all shipping and handling fees.

🚚 Free Return Pickup:

For defective items, we can arrange for a courier to pick up the package from your home free of charge. Please submit your return request through our portal or contact customer service within 30 days of delivery.

What Is NOT Considered a Defect?

Fading and shrinkage are generally not considered manufacturer defects. Natural linen may experience slight color variation and minimal shrinkage (typically 3-5%) after washing — this is normal for 100% linen fabric.
