Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

SCANDALINEN ships worldwide from our workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam. Every order is made to measure after you place it — we do not hold finished stock.

Delivery times

Retail orders, including custom sizes, arrive 3–4 weeks after you place your order. This includes making your bedding and delivery. If you need an order by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Shipping costs

International shipping is $15 USD for packages under 1 kg and $30 USD for packages weighing 1 kg or more. Orders of $500 USD or more qualify for free international shipping. Delivery within Vietnam is free. Your final total is shown at checkout before you pay, with no extra fees on arrival.

Import duties and taxes

We ship Delivered Duty Paid. You pay nothing on delivery. Any import duty, customs charge or tax raised by your country is settled by us, not by you. The amount you pay at checkout is the full cost of your order.

If a courier asks you for a payment before handing over your parcel, do not pay it. Email scandalinen@gmail.com or WhatsApp +84 936 188 661 with a photo of the notice and we will settle it directly with the carrier. If you have already paid, we refund you.

Tracking

When your order leaves the workshop you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, email us and we will chase the carrier.

Where we ship

We ship to most countries, with Australia, New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom as our main markets. Some remote destinations have limited carrier options and longer transit times — contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Lost, damaged or undelivered parcels

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, we remake and resend it, or refund you in full, at our cost. Email scandalinen@gmail.com with your order number and photos if damaged; we reply within 1–2 business days.

Please check your shipping address before paying. Once a parcel has shipped to an address you provided, we cannot recover it. If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; the second shipping cost is payable by the buyer.
