When a custom size makes sense
- Caravans, motorhomes and boats: a tapered end, rounded corner or wall beside the mattress can change the fit.
- Imported or antique beds: size names vary between countries. Use the actual mattress dimensions rather than the name on the frame.
- Deep mattresses and toppers: the fitted sheet needs enough depth for both layers.
- Unusual duvet or pillow sizes: measure the insert you intend to use, including body pillows and bolsters.
What can we make?
Ask us about fitted sheets, flat sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. You can request one piece or a matching set. Tell us the fabric and colour you prefer so we can check the available options for your size.
Measure the bedding you need
For a fitted sheet: send the mattress width, length and full depth, including your topper. Measure with the bedding removed. Give us the actual measurements; do not add your own allowance for tucking underneath. We will work out that allowance when we confirm the fit.
For a caravan or shaped mattress: include every edge length and the position of any cut or rounded corners in your request. Let us know if you have a sketch or photograph; we can arrange the details by email before making it.
For a duvet cover or pillowcase: measure the insert, not the bed frame or an empty cover. For a flat sheet, tell us the finished sheet size you want or how much overhang you need.

How to request a quote
- Open the custom-size request form. Tell us the item, quantity, measurements, fabric and colour.
- Add the recipient’s name, delivery address and phone number. This lets us include delivery in the quote and prepare your payment link without asking for the address again.
- We will reply by email to confirm the details and price. Once you agree, we will send a payment link for the order.
For a custom size, request the quote before buying a standard-size item. Sending the form does not place a paid order.
Price and delivery to Australia
There is no separate design fee. The finished piece is priced according to its fabric, size and details, so an oversized sheet may cost more than a standard one. We confirm the price before making it.
Allow 3–4 weeks from order to receipt, including making and shipping. International shipping is $15 USD for orders under 1 kg and $30 USD from 1 kg, with free shipping from $500 USD. The total shown at payment includes all costs, with no additional fees when your parcel arrives. See our shipping information.
Questions before ordering
Can I order just one fitted sheet?
Yes. There is no minimum order for custom bedding.
Can you make a sheet for a cut-corner caravan mattress?
Send the shape and all measurements first. We will check the construction and confirm what we can make before you pay.
Do European and Australian size names match?
Not reliably. Two mattresses both sold as “king” can have different dimensions. The measurements of your own mattress are the useful starting point.
What if I am unsure about a measurement?
Say so in your request. We can discuss it by email before the fabric is cut. Keep a copy of the measurements you approve.
Can I return a custom-made piece?
