Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition, subject to our return policy. Contact scandalinen@gmail.com before sending an item back to arrange a return or exchange.

Choose by measurements, not by size name alone. US, Australian/New Zealand, UK and European sizes can differ.
For duvet covers: measure the width and length of your duvet insert.
For fitted sheets: measure your mattress width, length and full depth, including any topper.

A pillow insert filled with kapok fibre and sewn by hand in Hanoi. The outer shell is a tightly woven cotton-polyester blend. Choose the dimensions that match your pillowcase.
What is included?
One kapok pillow insert in your chosen size, with a cotton-polyester shell and a care instructions card. Pillowcases are sold separately.
Filling and shell
Kapok is the fibre from the seed pods of the kapok tree. We use kapok sourced in Vietnam, clean and fluff it at our Hanoi workshop, then fill and sew the insert by hand.
The filling is kapok; the shell contains cotton and polyester. This is not an entirely plant-based pillow.

Care
Do not machine wash or soak the insert. Always use a removable pillowcase. Air the pillow in the sun every few weeks. For a small spill, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry completely before using it again. Massage and fluff the filling by hand if it compresses with use.

Each insert is filled after ordering. Allow 7 to 10 days for production, plus shipping time. Contact us before ordering if you have a delivery deadline.
