A Few Things to Know Before Buying

  • Visible centre seams; The fabric comes in a narrower width, so duvet covers and flat sheets have two flat seams running down the middle. These are stitched flat and not uncomfortable, but are visible.
  • First wash shrinkage; This fabric shrinks approximately 10% on the first wash. This is normal and our cut dimensions account for it.
  • Slight sheen when new; When the fabric first arrives, it has a slight sheen from the bamboo rayon content. After the first wash, this softens into a matte, natural texture.

Best For

First-time linen buyers transitioning from cotton, people who want natural fiber feel with immediate softness, anyone who finds pure linen too crisp at first.

Not ideal for: people bothered by visible centre seams, or those in extreme heat who need maximum breathability.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Is this duvet cover set machine washable?
A: Yes. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach. Note: expect ~10% shrinkage on first wash.

Q: What sizes are available?
A: Available in US Twin, Twin XL, Queen, King, and California King. Also available in AUS/NZ and EU sizes. Custom sizes available on request.

Q: How does bamboo linen feel compared to pure linen?
A: Bamboo linen is instantly soft from the first use; no break-in period needed. Pure linen takes several washes to reach the same softness. If you find pure linen too crisp at first, bamboo linen is an excellent starting point.

Q: Are there seams on the duvet cover?
A: Yes. Due to the narrower fabric width, there are two flat seams running down the middle of the duvet cover and flat sheet. They are stitched flat and not uncomfortable, but are visible.

A: Yes. Contact us for bespoke dimensions or bulk orders.
