- Please choose sizes carefully as we provided a very detailed sizing guide. We may not be able to check the notes and will mainly focus on the size you choose for your order.
- If you're not sure about sizing you can send us your information to get help before placing an order.
- For complex custom requests, we will charge an extra 50% of the item cost.

- Return and Exchange Policy Not applied to Personalized orders.
*Returns, Refunds and Exchange
We will accept return items if they meet the following guidelines:
-Contact me within 5 days and return items within 21 days
-Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original labels attached
-Returns must be sent back to our address in Hanoi, Vietnam
-Refund is issued within 72 hours if all required conditions are applied
-Buyer is responsible for any charge to return and 20% - 40% restocking fee

+With washing machine: In the washing bag, please choose the Cotton/ Linen washing option. Best to hand-wash with cold water.
+Iron/steam on the wrong side (the inside), only with the Cotton/Linen washing option. Hang flat to dry - Please do not dry with a Dryer.
